Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to [BRAN_NAMe], membership accounts, recurring subscriptions, optional communications, and use of our educational content.

Effective and last updated: August 7, 2026Applies to [BRAN_NAMe], a DBA of JD Atlantic, LLC
Independent service notice: [BRAN_NAMe] is not a government agency and does not determine eligibility, process applications, or guarantee approval for any public-benefit program.

1. Service description

[BRAN_NAMe] researches, reviews, summarizes, and organizes publicly available information about assistance programs. We provide educational guides, official-resource links, membership features, optional first-party text alerts with separate consent, and optional email updates.

We do not represent any federal, state, local, or tribal agency. We do not submit applications, make eligibility decisions, provide legal advice, or guarantee benefits, payments, approval, or program availability.

2. Accounts and accurate information

You agree to provide accurate account and contact information, protect your password, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Recurring subscriptions

Basic is $3.99 per month and Pro is $7.99 per month unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. Paid plans renew monthly through PayPal until cancelled. The selected price and recurring nature of the subscription are shown before the PayPal handoff.

A pending account is not activated merely because a user opens or clicks a PayPal link. Activation requires verified payment or subscription confirmation from PayPal.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are described in the Subscription and Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Cancelling text messages does not cancel a paid membership, and cancelling a membership does not retroactively erase charges already completed.

5. Optional text messages

SMS consent is optional, specific to [BRAN_NAMe], and not required to purchase. Text-message terms, frequency, STOP and HELP instructions, and privacy information appear in our Mobile Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal, lawful, informational purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or republish substantial portions of the content, impersonate another person, or use the service for fraud or abuse.

7. Information limitations

Programs, deadlines, funding, eligibility rules, and agency procedures can change and may vary by state or locality. Always verify important information with the responsible agency. Official agencies control their own programs, websites, application systems, and decisions.

8. Intellectual property

Original site design, editorial organization, and original written material belong to JD Atlantic, LLC or its licensors. Government names and program names remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and educational purposes.

9. Service availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but access may be interrupted and content may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and JD Atlantic, LLC is not responsible for government decisions, missed agency deadlines, third-party outages, or actions taken solely in reliance on site content.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated to members. Questions may be submitted through the Contact Us page.
