1. Program name and sender
The messaging program is operated by [BRAN_NAMe], a DBA of JD Atlantic, LLC. Messages are sent only for [BRAN_NAMe] first-party informational and account purposes.
2. Consent
By selecting the optional phone TCPA checkbox during signup, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages at the number you provide. Consent is not required to make a purchase, create an account, or access free content.
3. Message content
Messages may include public-benefits guides, program updates, deadline reminders, account notifications, membership-service information, and information related to services you may qualify for. We do not send unrelated affiliate or third-party advertising offers.
4. Frequency and charges
Up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us through the Contact Us page. Stopping SMS does not cancel your paid membership.
6. Number changes
If you change or relinquish your mobile number, update your account promptly so messages are not sent to a new holder of that number.
7. Privacy and consent records
We maintain consent records, including the disclosure version, date and time, phone number, source page, and opt-out status. SMS consent is not sold, rented, shared, or transferred to advertisers, affiliates, lead buyers, or unrelated third parties. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these Mobile Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
