Refund Policy

This policy explains how billing-error and refund requests are reviewed, what information to provide, and how refunds differ from subscription cancellation.

Effective and last updated: August 7, 2026Applies to [BRAN_NAMe], a DBA of JD Atlantic, LLC

1. General policy

Membership fees pay for access to research, educational content, alerts, saved resources, and convenience features. Purchasing a subscription does not affect eligibility for any government program.

2. Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed individually. A refund may be considered for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or another circumstance required by applicable law. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

3. Timing

Contact support promptly after discovering a billing issue and include the account email, charge date, amount, and PayPal transaction or subscription reference. Do not send full payment-card or bank-account information.

4. Nonrefundable situations

Except where required by law, partial-month refunds or refunds based solely on a change of mind may not be available after membership content or services have been accessed.

5. Cancellation is separate

A refund request does not automatically cancel future renewals. Cancel the PayPal subscription separately to stop future recurring charges.

6. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are generally returned through the original PayPal payment method. Processing time depends on PayPal and the user’s financial institution.
