1. Plan pricing

Basic costs $3.99 per month. Pro costs $7.99 per month. Each plan renews monthly unless cancelled. Taxes, if applicable, may be handled by the payment provider and shown during checkout.

2. Required checkout flow

The membership flow is Membership Plans → Signup → PayPal recurring subscription checkout. Pricing cards do not send users directly to PayPal. The signup step shows the selected plan, price, and recurring-billing notice before checkout.

3. Pending and active status

Submitting the signup form creates or saves a pending account. Membership becomes active only after PayPal sends verified payment or subscription confirmation. Clicking a checkout link alone does not activate membership.

4. Renewal

After activation, PayPal charges the applicable monthly amount on the billing schedule shown during checkout until the subscription is cancelled, suspended, or otherwise ended.

5. How to cancel

You may cancel through your PayPal account’s automatic-payment or subscription controls, or contact [BRAN_NAMe] support for assistance locating the correct cancellation process. Cancellation should be completed before the next scheduled billing date to avoid the next renewal charge.

6. Effect of cancellation

Cancellation stops future recurring charges according to PayPal’s confirmed cancellation status. Access may continue through the paid billing period unless the account is suspended for misuse or a refund requires earlier termination.

7. SMS is separate

Replying STOP ends text messages but does not cancel the paid subscription. Cancelling the subscription should stop future recurring charges, but users may separately manage SMS preferences and optional email updates.

8. Failed payments and status changes

If PayPal reports a failed payment, suspension, expiration, or cancellation, membership features may be limited or disabled. Webhook events should be verified before the account status is changed.
